JiaYing..... and pk and the scholars.. quite fun... long time since i played.. yeah.. fitness let me down yet again... had a couple of gd tackles but otherwise had a shitty quiet game and did nothing but missed my overhead kick attempt terribly.. barely touching the ball.. lolz.. in fact i think Jiaying had a better game than me.. haha.. impressive.. i must say. playing through instincts too much... neva even think.. once i am on the field.. one aim: get the ball. get on goal. lol. thats y neva performed.. sianed... need to improve sia..

Fantastic Fantastic 4

lolz.. Fantastic 4: The rise of the silver surfer. i believe there is only 1 word to describe it, COWABUNGA-FANTASTIC... The silver surfer is like cool.... and even that is an understatement.. ok.. haha.. yeah.. the surfer is cool... but i think my fave character is The Thing... haha.. "Its Clobbering time".. haha.. he cute sia.. funny guy... lolz.. especially with the bear.. haha.

ok.. heres the breakdown.
Plot : 3.5/5
Not exactly amazing or revolutionary.. but still manages to please me while sticking to the comic story line well.. add in plenty of cool and funny one liners by the flash and the thing.. haha. just enough of ups and downs and the love scenes arent too dragged out like those in spidey3.
Visuals: 4.9/5
Comparable to those of Pirates3 i would say. almost perfect. Fantastically aesthetically pleasing. The many cool scenes, like the chase scene between the torch and surfer, and the final blast. And many things that make the movies.. the holes.. especially the one in the city, where u see the river dried up, with all the water flowing into the hole is super realistic, as well as the freezing of the sea in the 1st scene.. The only perhaps speck of dirt is the failure to potray Galactus in a better manner instead of a cloud of dust and fire. There is no purple man in the movie that i see, oh ya.. and the fantasticar is fantasticar. haha.
Audio: 3/5
ok.. dun really make the movie. but it sounded good. not as good as pirates where the intepretation of songs was superb. but still good nonetheless. And The silver Surfers voice is one that i would want. deep, thoughtful and cool.

Overall: 4/5
I would say its a must watch.

Its 4 days to CT and i am still watching movies.. haha. and slacking through days.. haha.. like yesterday nite... haha.. where i went wikipedia and searched rubbish.. like my fave number (6)...etc.. haha.

and developed a sudden liking for songs with bits of spanish, french or italian in them... haha.. as well as grand sounding songs.. haha...

lost avenues and hopes are resurfacing.. lolz. like the NZ one. lol. now contemplating a move there again.. cos if i am gonna study medcine.. there is the most probable route i could go.. if i do not get any scholarship or anything to finance me. cos studying medcine in aust will cost 450k or nearly half a million sing. and nz.. if i go as a 'local' student will only cost a third of that sum. lolz.

so now thinking... roads have sunk before and are rebuilt.. perhaps this is one of those....

and i miss the beutiful sky there.. and the stars.... and the landscape. mayb i juz went in at the wrong place at the wrong time... or mayb i am ready to give it a second chance again... last time i went as a human.. but now.. i will go as a champion.. one who has potential to overcome fear..a green lantern.

maybe its not the last time i would blog under the stars..

but anything would have to wait at least 2 yrs. cos of NS. lolz. but not plenty of time to think.
cos the thing expires 2008.. and i have to do a decision by this yr.. or heck this mth.. i must decide. crossroads again...

lolz. the factual stuff 1st. lolz. ok. yesterday morn went do CIP wif Jimmy, peifang n Kailee. lolz. den i n jimmy went the temple there in the morn and owning. lolz. everyone donate sia. owning. lolz. den afternoon sibei no mood to continue liao.. so just anyhow. lol. den afternoon went out wif hoe, reub n ran. lolz. watch pirate (again for me) lolz. and thus join the gang for watching same movies twice. lolz. reub( spiderman3) ran( batman begins) Hoe (新警察故事 or something) lolz.. it was still quite nice.. can understand and remember more having seen it for the second time. lolz. and can now remember that elizabeth speech.. lolz. which i thought was damn cool. lolz... well what i could make of of loose recorded lines anyway..

Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At world's end, i must say is a spectacular movie. Better than spidey3. lolz. the visuals. audio and plot are all quite good imo. lolz. esp the audio. lolz. the "hoist the colours" song is still ringing in my head right now.

anyway. yesterday went for MJchoir concert.. then during it, i n ran was inspired by thier alumi choir and we were like saying. "Hey. why don't AHS has an alumni choir?" "yeah, we should have one" "Yeah, We should start one" "yeah. and we sing TTBB or something" "haha, ya lah. one day i go back skool ask ben tan or something" "eh, when u go back you call me sia. i go with you." "okok. haha" something like that. and so mayb we will form it. haha. before that ate at some pepper lunch place for dinner.. lolz.. got a feeling of kena conned cos just went we came out den the person give the voucher for discount. lolz. nice dinner nonetheless. haha.

Just now went S55 class outing. ate at simpang bedok before catching pirates 3. which if need be.. i will watch it again. too damn nice. lolz.. dwnlding the OST now. "NEVER SHALL WE DIE"
